Thomas Allen is Hiring an Awake Night Direct Support Professional!
No experience necessary. Paid training provided!
LOCATION:
HOURS AVAILABLE:
JOB SUMMARY: As an Awake Night Direct Support Professional, you will:
- Provide proactive, empowering, and inclusive support, guidance, and supervision
- Remain awake overnight while maintaining the health and safety of the individuals served
- Document all day-to-day interactions and activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Perform medication administration duties
- Check on the individuals served throughout the night
- Assist with personal cares
- Complete other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willing to commit to and implement person-centered support
- Ability to lift and carry up to lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Department of Human Services background clearance
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbally
