Thomas Allen's DD Division is Hiring a Program Director!

JOB SUMMARY: As the Program Director, you will be primarily responsible for the overall planning, quality control, regulatory compliance, and general oversight of programs assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Recruitment, orientation, ongoing training, supervision, and evaluation for persons supervised
• Review and approve requests for training, sign off on paid time off hours and employee performance reviews
• Contract coordination
• Maintain agreements with agencies for the provision of interpreters (language and deaf and hard of hearing).
• Assist with auditing files for County and DHS audits
• Ensure policy and practice are in compliance, work with internal departments to create and revise policies and forms as needed
• Ensure completion of required reports
• Oversee all financial aspects of the department. Work with budgets and spend-downs
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in social work and LSW, or a bachelor's in a related field such as psychology, human services, or sociology, or Registered Nurse, or Public Health Nurse
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with persons with a developmental disability or other vulnerable populations
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Background clearance
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbally
• Driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
• Willing to drive own vehicle to perform job duties
• Must be 18 years or older
