Hiring an Assistant Program Manager!

LOCATION:

HOURS AVAILABLE:

JOB SUMMARY: As an Assistant Program Manager, you will act as an administrative aide to the Program Manager in overseeing the overall operation of assigned programs.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Assist with recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training and supervision of employees
• Assist with the review of time cards and reimbursement forms
• Referral coordination
• Provide support and guidance to staff, attend meetings and training as requested
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Generate, review, and complete reports
• Assist with policy creation
• Provide coverage for the Program Manager when they are out of the office
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in social work and LSW, or a bachelor's in a related field such as psychology, human services, or sociology, or Registered Nurse, or Public Health Nurse
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in human services is required
• Experience with Relocation Service Coordination, CADI, BI, and EW Waivers and AC program preferred
• Willing to drive own vehicle to perform job duties
• Background clearance
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbally
• Driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
