for Case Management & Managed Care

LOCATION:

JOB SUMMARY:  As the Assistant Program Director, you will act as an administrative aide to the Assistant Administrator in overseeing the overall operation of assigned programs.

In accomplishing this, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in training and meetings, and handle tactical meeting tasks such as scheduling and distributing meeting minutes
  • Assist with the completion and tracking of Consumer Satisfaction Surveys. Make copies available at each program site and give reports on data and trends
  • Remain abreast of all Health Plan, County, and TA policy changes, and initiate policy changes as needed
  • Coordinate and track monthly billing percentages. Complete billing percentage and billing comments reports and address any concerns
  • As requested, complete quarterly or semi-annual lead agency reports and assist with RPFs
  • Discuss expansion options for each lead agency contract to meet changing needs and program growth with PMs, PDs, etc., and carry out growth initiatives
  • As requested, return phone calls to providers requesting solicitation of their services. Distribute materials as needed
  • Keep case management and managed care marketing materials up to date and well-stocked for TAI vendor booths. Work with Recruiter as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work and LSW, or a bachelor's in a related field such as psychology, human services, or sociology, or Registered Nurse, or Public Health Nurse
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in human services is required.
  • Experience with CADI, BI and EW Waivers or AC, MSHO, MSC+, and SNBC programs is strongly preferred
  • Driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance
