CO - FIN - Finance Associate II

Thomas Allen is Hiring a Finance Associate II!

LOCATION:  West St. Paul, MN

HOURS AVAILABLE:  40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

JOB SUMMARY:  As a Finance Associate II, you will perform a variety of tasks in support of the Financial Manager, Accountant, and Financial Director. In addition, you will complete administrative duties and other office tasks including high-volume data entry for billing, payroll, and other various financial duties.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Data entry and report distribution
• Update invoices, filing, paperwork and file preparation, mail-outs and other administrative duties
• Reconciliation and submission of batch billings via MN-ITS
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
• Must be proficient in 10-key
• Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work independently, able to meet deadlines, and excellent attention to detail
• Capable of entering high volumes of data with minimal errors
• Required to be able to carry/lift 30 pounds
• Detail-oriented and a fast learner
• Must be 18 years of age
• Background clearance
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally
