CO - MAINTENANCE - Technician

Thomas Allen is Hiring a Maintenance Technician!

JOB SUMMARY: As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the overall responsibility to ensure building and equipment compliance with State and Federal regulations; ensure timely execution of repairs and maintenance, have a high standard of building and property appearance/condition; execute a preventative maintenance program focused upon minimization of building/equipment breakdown and repair/replacement expense.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must demonstrate proficiency with most commonly used hand tools and power tools: hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, saws, drills, circular saws, etc.
• Must own a basic set of tools to use for work purposes
• Minimum of one year of experience in maintenance duties
• Ability to lift and carry 75lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age
• Background clearance
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally
