CO - MAINTENANCE - Supervisor

Thomas Allen is now hiring a Maintenance Supervisor!

LOCATION: West St. Paul with frequent travel to our other locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro

HOURS:

JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Supervisor has the responsibility to provide supervision and guidance to the Maintenance Technicians

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Identify and establish listing of maintenance purchases, projects and replacements with estimated dollar amounts and timelines for completion. Meet with Maintenance Technicians and program staff regularly to discuss listing of identified maintenance purchases, projects and replacements
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and organize the handling of emergency repairs and replacement of capital assets
• Ensure that maintenance checklists at each program site are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Periodically, perform on-site visits to individual program sites. Discuss with Program Managers ongoing maintenance status of their program sites
• Coordinate and ensure that contracts for snow removal and lawn care at individual sites are executed as appropriate. Maintain a listing of contracts and phone numbers to be used by program and maintenance staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years' work experience in maintenance duties
• Individual must be mature, polite, competent, and possess team playing abilities, effective listing skills and strong overall social and communication skills
• Must be capable of directing and supervising Maintenance Staff
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background clearance
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbally
• Driver's license, reliable vehicle you can use for work purposes, acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance required
• Willing to drive own vehicle to perform job duties
• Must be at least 18 years of age
