LOCATION: Office in West St. Paul, MN

HOURS:

JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Director holds ultimate responsibility for the organization's marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of an integrated marketing strategy for Thomas Allen.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Oversee marketing department with overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Evaluate and develop marketing policy, strategy and marketing plan
• Plan, direct and communicate marketing efforts
• Develop promotions to build brand awareness and expertise
• Oversee social media marketing strategy, platforms and content calendar. Analyze social media insights to guide future social media campaigns
• Produce relevant, valuable and engaging content for Thomas Allen's website, blog, and social media platforms and incorporate search engine optimization techniques

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a BA degree with a focus on business, marketing, communications or related field
• Five (5) years of related experience with progressive management experience
• Must demonstrate competency in the completion of the above noted job responsibilities
• Strong copywriting skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets
• Professional and proactive work ethic
• Proven dynamic, confident leadership and project management skills
• Strategic, innovative and creative personality with strong business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing, content marketing, email sales funnel writing and execution
• Competence in Microsoft applications, marketing automation platforms, email marketing services, design software
