CO - SUPPORT SERVICES - PM

Thomas Allen's Support Services Division is Hiring!

LOCATION: West St. Paul/ Metro Area

HOURS: 35+ hours/ week, Monday - Friday days, with some evening and weekend shift coverage

JOB SUMMARY: This is a fun and fast-paced position overseeing services provided to approximately 70 Support individuals served and 5 Respite individuals.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Scheduling
  • Reviewing time cards
  • Submitting billing
  • Troubleshooting outstanding billing
  • Management duties, including hiring, training and discipline, leading staff meetings, completing client paperwork, managing client files including audit follow-up, attending and leading client meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • QDIP; Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field such as social work, psychology, or sociology
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Self-motivated, able to manage time efficiently, organized, and have a strong grasp and working knowledge of how group homes operate preferred
  • Must also have college-level writing skills and be able to write and edit all required documents
  • Willing to travel throughout the metro area for work
  • Background clearance
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable record, and insurance required
  • 21 years or older
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbally
