LOCATION: Office in West St. Paul, MN

HOURS AVAILABLE: Monday - Friday, flexible schedule, on-call and some evenings

JOB SUMMARY: Guardians have the primary responsibility for acting as a legal representative for individuals with disabilities. As the Program Manager, you will oversee Thomas Allen's guardians and conservators as they advocate on behalf of vulnerable populations, and ensure that appropriate provisions are made for the care of the individuals served. You will directly supervise guardians and conservators.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit, conduct interviews, and provide orientation, ongoing training, and supervision, and perform evaluations for all assigned employees
• Attend meetings and training
• Referral coordination
• Report creation, billing, and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a social service field of study; prefer LMFT or LISW
• 3 years of professional experience working with persons who have cognitive, medical and/or other types of disability, preferably in the provision of guardianship and/or conservatorship services
• Certified Guardians and Conservators are encouraged to apply.
• 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably with a social service agency
• Superb organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background clearance
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal
• Driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
