JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Program Manager II acts as an administrative aide to the Program Director in overseeing the overall audits of member files.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Conduct monthly internal quality assurance audits, and ensure that care coordinators understand and follow up on recommendations
  • Initiate revisions to Thomas Allen's internal audit tool on an ongoing basis as information becomes available
  • Ensure that all services provided to the individuals served are of high quality and are consistent with the philosophy of Thomas Allen
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-year degree in Social Work with an LSW or degree in a related field that meets the minimum qualifications of a social worker under the Minnesota Merit System
  • Minimum of 2 years full-time experience as a Social Worker, or in a related position
  • Experience with Minnesota Health Care Programs is strongly desired
  • Must be able to drive throughout the Twin Cities Metro
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Background clearance
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal
  • Driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
