JOB SUMMARY: As the Assistant Program Manager II Auditor, you will act as an administrative aid to the Program Manager in overseeing the operation of the assigned programs. Assistance is provided primarily in the area of auditing the files of the individuals served.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Conduct monthly internal quality assurance audits and ensure that case managers understand and follow up on any and all recommendations
• Ensure file archives meet county expectations and are maintained according to company policy
• Complete policy revision and report generation as needed
• Ensure that all services provided to the individuals served are of high quality and are consistent with the philosophy of Thomas Allen
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in social work and LSW, or a bachelor's in a related field such as psychology, human services, or sociology, or Registered Nurse, or Public Health Nurse
• Minimum of 2 years full-time experience as a Social Worker, or in a related position
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Background clearance
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal
• Driver's license, reliable vehicle you can use for work purposes, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
